Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and processed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Photography Rights

All photographs taken during the session remain the property of Vibesroom Studio. Clients receive usage rights for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission and may incur additional fees.

5. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Rush processing is available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Clients must inform us of any special requirements or restrictions before the session.

7. Liability

Vibesroom Studio is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the photography session. Clients participate at their own risk.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information and photographs will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
